The statewide burn ban in West Virginia is over. Governor Justice lifted the ban he previously imposed because of recent rains. Of course, the normal springtime burn law remains in effect. Therefore, the burning of grass, debris, forestland and other material can only take place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
