Governor Justice is banning all outdoor burning throughout West Virginia. Justice issued the proclamation yesterday in order to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires due to drought. Dry and windy weather conditions are expected in the coming days, which will increase the potential for forest fires. The ban will be in effect until conditions improve.
