A new leader has been added to the Moore administration. Paul Monteiro was introduced yesterday as the director of the Department of Service and Civic Innovation. Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller called Monteiro the right person for the job and called him a lifelong public servant. Governor Moore has been vocal when it comes to service in the Old Line State.
