Aides to John Fetterman are continuing to say the Pennsylvania Senator will be back at work soon. Fetterman’s Communications Director, Joe Calvello, said yesterday that it will be at least more than a week until the senator returns but no specific timetable has been given. Fetterman checked himself into Walter Reed National Military Medical Center more than a month ago to receive treatment for clinical depression. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer on Thursday said that his colleagues want to give Fetterman the space he needs to recuperate and that he is confident Fetterman will return and be an outstanding and fine senator.
