Cumberland resident Nichole Ann Jones was charged with burglary and theft, following an incident earlier this month in the 300-block of North Centre Street. A man told police that packages were reportedly stolen from the porch of his house. Following an investigation, Ms. Jones was identified as the suspect. After charges were filed, Ms. Jones signed for her copy of the summons and was released pending trial.
