Hopewell Township resident Donald Steele is facing child pornography charges. Steele reportedly came to the Bedford County Barracks to report that he has viewed pornographic images and that “he needs help.” A forensic search of his electronic devices confirmed those claims. He was arraigned yesterday on a dozen counts of child pornography, and was released on unsecured bail.
