U.S. Marshals are still searching for former Governor Hogan’s one-time chief of staff. Roy McGrath no-showed his federal fraud trial in Baltimore Monday and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Deputies didn’t find him at his Florida home and McGrath’s attorney expressed concern for his welfare. He was slated to answer fraud and embezzlement charges for making it seem like Governor Hogan approved a big severance package for leaving his job with a state-run nonprofit to work for Hogan’s office.
