Lonaconing resident Blair Wayne Braithwaite has been charged with theft and malicious destruction of property, following an incident that occurred on August 8th of last year. Braithwaite is accused, with another person, of robbing another man of personal property. That property was allegedly destroyed and discarded by Braithwaite. He received a District Court appearance and was later released on personal recognizance.
