Governor Wes Moore just capped off his first Black History Month as Maryland’s leader. Earlier this week, the governor and First Lady Dawn took the trip to the White House for a Black History Month event. Moore said that Michelle Obama is our “forever First Lady” while also shouting out his wife in a tweet.
