Maryland Governor Wes Moore is committed to serving. That was his message earlier this week when he presented the SERVE Act to members of the Appropriations Committee. Moore said the bill would provide each high school graduate or anyone with a GED, the opportunity to get one-year jobs before they attend college. Moore noted how service shaped his life and he wants all young people to benefit from the new legislation.
