PA. GOVERNOR WON’T ISSUE EXECUTION WARRANTS WHILE IN OFFICE

The death penalty won’t be used as long as Josh Shapiro is Governor of Pennsylvania.  That’s what the Democrat declared on Twitter as he said no execution warrants will be issued while he’s in office.  He also called on lawmakers to send him a bill that permanently gets rid of the death penalty in Pennsylvania.  Shapiro previously served as the commonwealth’s attorney general.
