Cumberland City Police served two arrest warrants yesterday. Forty-two-year old Candace Larae Mallow was served for violating the conditions of her pre-trial release. She was held without bond. And, Cumberland resident William Moye III was served for violating the conditions of his probation. He was held on $10,000 bond.
