Forty-seven-year-old Hagerstown resident Tiffany Martin is being charged with three bank robberies, including the F & M Trust Bank and 2 Community State Banks in Pennsylvania. She was taken into custody in Washington County late last week. A search warrant was issued for her residence, where police found a bag of money, containing $15,000. She is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania to Maryland.
