The state’s last remaining abortion clinic is filing a federal lawsuit against the state’s abortion law. Women’s Health Center of West Virginia calls the law that went into effect last September as irrational and unconstitutional. The suit is aiming at the provision of the restrictive law that says any allowed abortion would have to be performed in a hospital by a medical professional with hospital privileges.
