Per an announcement yesterday, the Commission is looking into the accuracy and the integrity of PPL’s billing practices. The investigation is being handled by the Commission’s Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement that handles public utility code for the entire state. A statement from PPL claims the issue has been resolved and customers’ bills should reflect the proper charges starting next month.
