Charles Edward Fitzgerald was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct, following an incident at a business in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue. A man was causing a disturbance and refused to leave the property. After being asked, Fitzgerald refused to leave. He was arrested and was eventually remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $100 bond.
