UNIVERSITY LEADERS TO SPEAK UP OVER PROPOSED GUN BILL IN W.V.

The proposed campus carry legislation is getting the attention of university leaders around the state.  The university presidents at Shepherd University, West Virginia State, and Concord University sent a letter to lawmakers.  The letter said they have “serious reservations” over Senate Bill-10 which would create public safety challenges on their campuses.  The Campus Self Defense Act will be debated today on the Senate floor.
