Maryland is moving forward with a plan to support the I-81 project. Governor Larry Hogan announced the state’s Consolidated Transportation Program will provide 100-million-dollars to advance Phase-2 of the project. It will widen the interstate from four-to-six lanes in Washington County. It also includes a pair of new electric vehicle charging stations.
