The state Republican Party in West Virginia has just added another member — without having an election. Democrat State Senator Glenn Jeffries says he’s jumping parties. Jeffries’ addition will give the West Virginia GOP 31 senators. Jeffries says he hopes to continue enjoying the strong relationships he has developed during his career going forward.
