A ten-year-old boy has been accused of sexually assaulting his two-year-old stepsister in Bedford County. The assault took place between September 28th and October 5th at a home along Woodbury Pike in South Woodbury Township. The Pennsylvania State Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
