Fifty-year-old Cumberland resident Eric Brewer was charged with trespassing, after police responded to a business in the 2000-block of Bedford Street. Brewer had allegedly disrupting the business. Police advised him to leave the property, but became argumentative with officers and failed to leave the property. He was arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
