Baltimore is ranked among the best cities for foodies according to a survey by a personal finance website. WalletHub ranked cities according to such categories as affordability, number of food festivals and the cost of groceries locally. Baltimore ranked 85th in the survey and Columbia came in Number 129 — the only two Maryland cities to make the list.
