Jenners resident Theodore Popernack is facing over 40 felony charges after allegedly having images of child pornography on his phone. The phone had been reported missing in July of 2020; when the phone was found, the caller opened the phone and allegedly saw several images of child pornography and called Pennsylvania State Police. The phone was tied to Popernack. Over 4600 downloaded images of child pornography were found. He faces 48 felony charges of child pornography; a preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 30th.
