Oakland resident Devin Wayne Guthrie pleaded guilty to fourth-degree burglary in Garrett County Circuit Court; sentencing will take place in the near future. Guthrie was accused of taking several large rolls of wire, engine parts and power tools from a garage in the Gorman area. Some of the items were recovered, even though Guthrie had attempted to sell a number of the items.
