A new intersection between Winchester Road and Route 220 in Cresaptown is still in the works, according to the State Highway Administration. A hearing was held Monday evening at the Bel Air Elementary School. The project was originally created in 2018, but has been delayed due to design changes and budget concerns, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
