Four people were charged with trespassing on posted property and another was additionally charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia following their arrest on Wednesday in the 200-block of Baltimore Street. Taken into custody were Cumberland residents Robert Connolly, Stephanie Lynn Connolly, Matthew Mark Norris, and Shawn Lamar Gladeen. Additionally, Gladden was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia. Each was issued a criminal complaint citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
