Thirty-two-year-old Melvin Gray Tyson has been indicted for numerous sex abuse charges, including sex abuse of a minor, second-degree rape, neglect of a minor, and contributing to the condition of a child. Tyson is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
