The former Nicholas County deputy sheriff who previously pled guilty to producing child pornography is headed to prison. District Judge Irene Berger sentenced Jarrod Bennett to 20 years in prison, and then 30 years of supervised release. Bennett admitted to filming a girl under the age of 12 while she was asleep. He posted the inappropriate videos on Snapchat.
