The crew on the container ship will shelter in place during the operation that will separate part of the bridge truss that’s lying across the bow of the vessel.  Governor Wes Moore says its a necessary step in the effort to refloat and remove the DALI from the channel and reopen the Port of Baltimore. The governor has released a statement following the recovery of the sixth and final construction worker who was killed in the collapse. Moore says he is praying for Jose Mynor Lopez, his family and all of those who love him.  The governor says it is with solemn relief that he will be reunited with his loved ones.
