A body was discovered in a field that was on fire late Monday night in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The body was discovered in the 100-block of Golf Course Road, just outside of the Martinsburg city limits. The body was sent to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. Investigators don’t believe there is an active threat to the public in connection with the death.
