A Somerset County therapist is facing sexual abuse charges. Berlin resident Kayla Howard is accused of sexually assaulting, several times, one of her patients at the Somerset County Youth Aid Home. The victim, a 14-year-old boy, told police he had been sexually assaulted seven or eight times during individual therapy sessions. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
