Rawlings resident Donte Vanpelt was arrested on a District Court bench warrant for failure to comply. His original charges include firearms possession in a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession, and illegal possession of ammunition. He had previously been released on a $5,000 unsecured personal bond, and is currently being held without bond, pending a bail review in District Court.
