Thousands of Marylanders are under a flood watch. The National Weather Service has included Garrett and Allegany counties in the advisory. Heavy rain moved into the area Sunday night and is expected to continue into tomorrow. Anyone living in a flood prone area should take the steps necessary to protect their properties.
