STATE HOUSE APPROVES “GHOST GUN” BAN

The Pennsylvania state House has approved legislation that would prohibit the purchase or sale of so-called ghost guns. The measure passed Wednesday would also ban the parts used to assemble them.  Approval came after the House voted down a Republican challenge to the constitutionality of the measure. The bill would impose felony charges on anyone who sells or purchases a firearm or firearm parts that don’t have serial numbers.
