Hancock resident Michelle Lee Porter was charged with violating her probation; the original conviction was for delivery of contraband, where she received a three-year sentence with one year suspended and five years supervised probation. She was being held without bond. Additional charges are pending when a search at the Allegany County Detention Center revealed she was in possession of CDS.
