A criminal summons was served on 71-year-old Robyn Terry on Friday. The summons was issued by District Court in connection to an incident that occurred on March 3rd at UPMC-Western Maryland. Terry is accused of assaulting two employees there, and had assaulted one employee the day before. Terry was charged with three counts of second degree assault.
