It looks like the 2024 West Virginia legislative session may be the time for solar energy projects to take hold. State lawmakers are considering three different pieces of legislation. Recent polls show that as many as 75-percent of West Virginia homeowners would be in favor of being able to own solar panels on their home or have community solar farms in their towns.
