Hedgesville resident Rodger Williams IV was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in the 5300-block of Hedgesville Road. His car crossed the center line and off the other side of the highway, where it hit a power pole guidewire and then a tree. He was pronounced dead at the Berkeley Medical Center.
