Governor Moore has announced a major appointment to the Appellate Court of Maryland, First Appellate Judicial Court. The Honorable Stephen Hughes Kehoe will add his 27-years of legal experience to the court. He’s well known in Talbot County as an Administrative Judge. Governor Moore said he’s honored that Judge Kehoe will continue to serve the people of Maryland.
