The Cumberland Downtown Development Commission has announced the second annual Winter Festival and Market on Saturday, December 7th and Saturday, December 14th of this year. The Festival is in its very early planning stages and the DDC is creating a Festival Committee to help ensure the success of the event. The DDC plans on holding an initial virtual meeting late this month or early next month to review the sub-committee responsibilities and discuss next steps.
