Governor Shapiro is preparing his budget proposal that will be delivered to state lawmakers tomorrow. Not much has been revealed about what he’ll be asking for but he has made it clear in other recent talks that funding for higher education, as well as for public schools are big concerns. Tax experts for the state say collections are on-par for next year’s funding.
