Clearville, Pennsylvania resident Stacey Jo Bartholow was charged with CDS possession and possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop Friday on Lee Street. A K-9 unit performed a free air sniff of the outside of her vehicle, and there was a positive alert for drugs. Police located suspected fentanyl and suspected paraphernalia; she also had an active arrest warrant through the Maryland State Police for theft of less than $100. She received a District Court hearing and released on personal recognizance.
