Former Somerset County 911 coordinator Bradley Lavan has been released from jail, after a judge granted a motion to reduce his bail. Lavan has been accused of sexually abusing several children over a two-year period. His bail was reduced from $750,000 to $50,000 and his next status hearing is scheduled for April 3rd.
