Maryland isn’t very wedding-friendly, according to a new survey. Financial website Wallethub compared 182 cities across more than two-dozen metrics, including costs, facilities and services, and activities and attractions. Baltimore City came in at 117, while Columbia is ranked 161st. Orlando, Florida is ranked as the best place to tie the knot, while Pearl City, Hawaii is ranked last.
