Former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby is facing questions in her federal mortgage fraud trial in Greenbelt. Mosby decided to testify in her own defense today and said her ex-husband — Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby — was responsible for mismanaging their finances. Mosby also testified she was unaware of the extent of their tax problems. Mosby has pleaded not guilty to charges she lied on loan applications for the purchase of two Florida vacation homes to hide tax debt and secure a lower interest rate.
