Eighteen-year-old Nathin William Schroth was charged with assault, littering, malicious destruction of property and firing a projectile at a vehicle. The alleged incident occurred on November 7th, when a female victim accused of Schroth had fired a water pellet gun at them and the business in the 500-block of Henderson Avenue. Schroth was arrested and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he had been awaiting his initial appearance.
