The Allegany County Chamber of Commerce held its annual Recognition Reception last night at the Frostburg State University. Among the recipients were Potomac Valley Hospital for Business of the Year. The Entrepreneurial Spirit Award went to Michael Harris. Carl and Jane Belt earned the Community Service Award. Keira Shilling, Jaycees Honoree, was chosen as the Outstanding Young Professional. Last night’s events were sponsored by UPMC-Western Maryland and Verizon.
