The City of Cumberland will unveil the new duck pond Monday at 2 p.m. at Constitution Park. The Duck Pond is finally ready for visitors…both the human and duck kind. The unveiling is open to the public and all are welcome to join in watching the ducks in the new and improved facility. The City is excited to unveil this new area and walking path for the public to enjoy the nature sites within the city.
