Cincinnati, Ohio resident Jerry Wayne Messer was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice; he is wanted by the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking of drugs, possession of LSD, and trafficking LSD. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
