Following a four-count indictment this week, Berkeley County Sheriff Nathan Harmon is responding to the charges. The sheriff is charged with making false statements and obstructing justice in the aftermath of an accident his daughter was in back in January. Harmon says he is confident that a jury will see the events of that night the same way he did.
